We're hyped to have you join us on our mission to empower and uplift Black youth. At BYLP, we're all about leadership, education, and community engagement for individuals like you. We're Social Justice fighters. We're about breaking down systemic barriers for Black youth. We raise awareness, advocate for equity in (k-12) education, and push for changes in systems that have been historically unfavorable towards the Black community. Our goal is to tackle the challenges and barriers you face, equipping you with the skills, resources, and support to thrive academically, professionally, and socially. We'll nurture your leadership, boost your academic game, and fuel your passion for social change.

Through our programs, we offer workshops, mentorship, and networking to level up your leadership skills. We'll help you master public speaking, critical thinking, and intentional community building.
