We are a growing group of local nonprofit agencies united by our shared goal to enhance our capacity, foster connections, promote collaboration, and continuously learn from one another. Our mission is to collectively address the diverse needs of our community.

Our network consists of nearly 250 nonprofit members, comprising more than 17,000 dedicated employees. Together, we make a substantial economic impact, contributing over $1,300,000,000 to our community.

The Leadership Council is committed to supporting the nonprofit sector by offering an array of services. These include leadership development programs, training initiatives, cost-saving opportunities (such as no-cost retirement plans and group purchasing), and networking platforms designed to benefit our members.

Our reach extends to the TriState region, encompassing Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southwest Indiana. We extend an open invitation to all nonprofits within our service area to join our network and further our collective mission.
