“If Your Brother Sins: A Call for Catholic Reflection on Racism and Restitution”

November 26, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The theme of addressing sin, race, and racism within the Catholic community is both poignant and timely. The event titled “If Your Brother Sins… A Catholic Visual Commentary on Race and Racism” promises to be a thought-provoking exploration of these critical issues. Organized by a coalition of committed groups including the Social Justice Committee, Lazarus Bereavement Project, Health Ministry, Deacons, Deacons’ Wives, Knights of Peter Clever Counsel & Court 404, and the Youth Alliance of St. Charles Borromeo Resurrection All Saints, this event aims to initiate church discernment on the topics of restitutions, reparations, and restorative justice within the Holy Roman Church.
