The Revolutionary Action Movement (RAM) was a Black revolutionary organization active from 1962 to 1969 that fused Black nationalism, Pan-Africanism, and Marxism. An influential if largely underground group, RAM helped shape a generation of Black radical thought and organizing and influenced later organizations, including the Black Panther Party.
