People’s Programs is a Black, Pan-African socialist organization based in Oakland, California, dedicated to the liberation and self-determination of African people. Inspired by the survival-program tradition of the Black Panther Party, it runs community survival initiatives — including free grocery, wellness, and education programs — while organizing for revolutionary change.
