The National Montford Point Marine Association preserves the legacy of the Montford Point Marines, the first African Americans to serve in the United States Marine Corps. Founded in 1965, it honors these trailblazers, supports veterans and their families, mentors youth, and educates the public about their pioneering contributions to the nation and the Corps.
