The National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America (N’COBRA) is a mass-based coalition founded in 1987 dedicated to winning reparations for the descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States. It organizes public education, legislative advocacy, and community mobilization to repair the lasting harms of slavery, segregation, and ongoing racial injustice.
