The National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) is a multi-ethnic, nonpartisan association of criminal justice professionals and community members. Founded in 1974, it works to ensure equal justice for Black people and other people of color across law enforcement, the courts, and corrections through education, advocacy, and the professional development of practitioners in the field.
