The Institute of the Black World 21st Century (IBW21) is a research and action think tank founded in 2002 and led by Dr. Ron Daniels. It works to strengthen the capacity of Black communities to face the challenges of the 21st century, coordinating initiatives on reparations, criminal-justice reform, and community development, and convening the National African American Reparations Commission.
