Carver Federal Savings Bank is a Harlem-founded, Black-operated community bank (established 1948) serving Harlem, Brooklyn, and Queens with checking, savings, and small-business lending. It is one of the largest African-American-managed banks in the United States and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
