The Anti Police-Terror Project (APTP) is a Black-led, multiracial coalition based in Oakland, California, working to end police terror and state violence in communities of color. It supports families who have lost loved ones to police, runs the community mental-health response program MH First, and organizes to divest from policing and invest in community-based safety.
